The Pirnivska municipality is creating its own Development Strategy to turn into the environmental centre of the Kyiv oblast. It is planning to develop green tourism, craft business and a social constituent. The project is implemented within the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.

The municipality has already defined its weaknesses and strengths, having conducted a SWOT-analysis and formed strategic vision of the future development. The aim matrix has also been created at the Pirnivska municipality and project drafts have been collected from the locals.
