A quality management tandem of citizens and local self-government bodies was discussed during the public interview «Involving citizens: efficiency of the made decisions or too much ado for the local self-government?».

According to Hryhoriy Vanzuryak, the head of the Hlybotska municipality, they are the only municipality in the Chernivtsi oblast to have voluntarily added territories twice. These were decisions made jointly with people, particularly, of the adjacent territories. When the Hlybotska municipality became a partner of the DOBRE USAID Programme, a survey was conducted, involving almost 1500 people. According to Hryhoriy Vanzuryak, the survey results are a framework for the local authorities to see how the municipality should develop. Currently the municipality is applying different tools of involving citizens.
