94% of citizens are satisfied with service at ASCs
According to the outcomes of the first month of the all-Ukrainian administrative services assessment, 94% of citizens are satisfied with ASCs services. The index of loyalty of ASC visitors is 78% (that is an excellent assessment and testifies to the high level of service), under the results of December feedback analysis, as the service is constantly transformed and improved.
