Decentralisation continuation is reform participants’ joint responsibility, - On the Road to Lugano: Decentralisation Conference has begun in Kyiv

Today the process of preparing for the V-th International Conference on Reforms in Ukraine (URC 2022) to be held in the Swiss city of Lugano next year has begun. The Conference was opened by Prime-Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal and Vice-President of Switzerland Ignazio Cassis.
