Upon the request of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Public Authorities Organisation, Local Self-Government, Regional and Urban Development, international partners have prepared the review, entitled «Legal Capacity and Competence Locally – a Brief of 11 Countries Examples».

The review has been made by the Centre of Proper Governance Expert Examination of the Council of Europe within the Decentralisation and Public Administration Reform in Ukraine Programme in cooperation with Sorin Ionita, a Programme expert.

The material is based on detailed thematic reports of 11 countries, prepared in September of 2021.
