On August, 31 the Central Election Commission and the OSCE project coordinator in Ukraine presented the app “Document Constructor for Local Elections”, intended for political parties, public organisations and local election observers.

“The Constructor is one of the first steps of upgrading the Unified Automated Information and Analytical System of the CEC. The software assists in creating documents to be submitted to election commissions. It is aimed at simplifying the election process for all the participants during the nearest local elections”, – mentioned a CEC member, Serhiy Postivyi.
