Changes in the village and the second life of Povstanske have started from the local self-government and administrative and territorial arrangement reform. When the then Bilyaivka town council addressed people the letter suggesting village councils amalgamating, Povstanske residents were drivers of amalgamation in their Mayorivska municipality.
