According to Ukrinform, the Bibrska municipality has formed a quality educational chain with the help of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
The municipality representatives attended numerous seminars and individual consultations to comprehend how to improve the educational sphere.
As a result, following the reform conditions in the municipality educational establishments have become much better.
