On May, 27, 2021, Law of Ukraine №1423 On Amending some Regulations of Ukraine on Improving Land Relations Management and Decentralisation came into force.
In relation to that, the Decentralisation portal jointly with the MinRegion has prepared brief recommendations concerning the top-priority steps for hromadas to take due to the new land legislation.
