The manual " Jointly towards new services: guidelines on implementing integrated social services for families with children in hromadas” represents recommendations on implementing social services for families and children at the hromada level, made on the basis of the Spilno (Jointly) project implementation in certain hromadas of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.
