On March, 25, 2021, the training course within the certificate advanced training programme “Territorial hromada management for managers” started at Mykolaiv Regional Centre for Advanced Training under the DOBRE USAID Programme and in cooperation with Malopolska School of Public Administration at the Krakow University of Economics (MSAP/UEK, Poland).

On April, 07-09, 2021 another webinar was held at ZOOM at Mykolaiv Regional Centre for Advanced Training, during which the participants mastered the second programme module: «Human Resources and Personnel Management».
