January, 28 – a webinar on the transfer of educational establishment property complexes to hromadas
At 14:00 on January, 28, 2021 the DECIDE Swiss-Ukrainian Project will hold the webinar, entitled “Problems and Challenges of Transferring Educational Establishment Property Complexes from Rayon Council Property”.
A local self–government expert Serhiy Yatskovskyi will answer the key financial and legal questions, arising due to the transfer of educational establishment property complexes from rayon councils to hromadas.
