The Communication and Crisis: How can Hromadas Counteract Challenges and Act Efficiently under the Crisis Conditions manual was presented on November, 27 at the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre.

The manual was developed by media-consultant and high political level communication Larysa Mudrak and initiated by the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre within the USAID DOBRE Programme. The online-version of the manual is available at the site of the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre and in the Decentralisation portal library.
