The All-Ukrainian Hromadas Association is starting the second phase of its reform – the appropriate Concept was confirmed by the General Meeting of the authorized delegated representatives of the All-Ukrainian Hromadas, held on November, 16, 2020.

A thorough reform of its structure and internal procedures is a response of the All-Ukrainian Hromadas to new challenges, faced by the local self-government as a result of implementing the reform of the territorial arrangement and power territorial arrangement in Ukraine.
