On October, 25, 2020 the CEC adopted regulation №433 «Clarifications on the procedure of registering the elected deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, oblast, rayon, urban, district in the city, village councils, village, settlement and city heads».

With the above mentioned resolution the CEC established the recommended forms of application for the registration as an elected deputy/head (Appendix 2 for the elected deputy, Appendix 3 for the elected head). The resolution also provides a list of necessary appendices to the application for the registration as an elected deputy/head.

Having obtained applications from the elected deputies and heads with all the necessary appendices, the territorial election commission shall make a decision about the registration of the elected deputies/heads within five days.
