How inclusive are e-democracy tools in Ukrainian cities

According to the Ministry of Social Policy, there are 2, 6 million people with special needs in Ukraine. It is 6% of the country population, 168 280 of them are children.

Having analyzed the e-democracy development in more than 30 cities of Ukraine, the Centre of Innovation Development has defined top cities with the most inclusive e-democracy tools: Drohobych, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Lviv and Uzhgorod.
