Experts and participants of the Proper Governing Programme have developed Methodical and Practical Recommendations and Provisions on Conducting Consultations by Local Self-Government Bodies with the General Public and the Parties Concerned (Stakeholders).
The Recommendations are based on the principles of proper democratic governing, the experience of Aspen Institute Kyiv holding consultations with stakeholders of the decentralization reform from October, 2019 till April, 2020, and take into account regulation of consultations with the public and the best practices of involving the parties concerned while developing the policy.
