The head of the Trostyanetska AH of the Sumy oblast Yuriy Bova is a remarkable person in the Ukrainian local self-government as having been in charge of the town of Trostyanets for more than 15 years, he has managed to turn this border town with the population of only 21,5 thousand people into a powerful centre of economical development.
