The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine having passed resolution № 807-ІХ On Rayons Formation and Liquidation of 17.07.2020, the Council of Judges of Ukraine has been determined concerning the court work organization.

The corresponding letter was signed by the Head of the Council of Judges of Ukraine.

According to the letter, the court is established, reorganized and liquidated by the law, the draft of which is submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by the President of Ukraine, having consulted with the High Judicial Council.
