Throughout this and next parliamentary week people’s deputies have to consider two bills for the decentralisation continuation: resolution draft №3650 on rayons formation and liquidation, and bill № 3614 on amending the Budget Code of Ukraine on the budget legislation harmonization due to the administrative and territorial reform completion.

Participants of the experts’ discussion “Save Decentralisation: Rayons Consolidation and 2020 Local Elections” have called on people’s deputies to support the bills, otherwise the country may lose development opportunities for years to come.
