Three main problems with the local elections, according to the State Election Commission
On October, 25 local election is to be held in Ukraine. Currently there are several obstacles for it, particularly, lack of money in the budget, incompletion of the administrative and territorial reform and the necessity of amending the Election Code.
The issue iscovered in an interview for Gazeta.ua by the head of the State Election Commission Oleh Didenko.
