At the cost of the infrastructure subvention from the state budget Shumsk town council has bought a refuse collector vehicle and equipped 26 concrete sites for the town budget funds.
«We have created a network of collecting rubbish in all settlements, selected for the project. There has been established a single tariff which is much lower than that one each starosta district would have to pay for garbage disposal» -claims Volodymyr Pletyuk, the town mayor.
