How do hromadas and the local business both in Ukraine and abroad adapt for the quarantine conditions? How to overcome the quarantine repercussions and how can the local authorities help business to survive?
All these issues were highlighted during the international online-conference “The Local Economy Revival”, organized by the USAID Programme “Decentralisation Offering Better Results and Efficiency” (DOBRE), with support from the European department of the International City Managers Association, the Polish Foundation of the Local Democracy Development, U-LEAD with Europe and SKL International, Swedish-Ukrainian project “Support to Decentralisation in Ukraine.
