The All-Ukrainian Hromadas Association asks the President of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to recognise bill № 2653 on amending the Law of Ukraine On the Local Self-Government in Ukraine as urgent and to submit it for unscheduled consideration in the second reading at the nearest extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

"Amendments, stipulated by the bill, will ensure successful continuation of one of the most important reforms in the history of Ukraine – the reform of the local self-government and territorial authorities arrangement", - claims the association address.
