On February, 28 at 13.30 at the Kherson Oblast State Administration (ІІІ Floor, the Session Hall) the Constitutional Provision of Decentralisation in Ukraine 2020 public discussion is to be held, involving representatives of the local self-government, line associations, experts and public representatives of the Kherson, Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.
