Vyacheslav Nehoda has earlier pointed that availability and quality of administrative services should not be wronged upon changing the functions of rayon state administrations.
According to the data provided by MinRegion, there are 806 Administrative Service Centres established in Ukraine. 176 out of them are established in amalgamated hromadas.
