The first in this year consultations on forming the oblasts’ draft perspective plans have started

On January 13, the first in this year consultations on forming the oblasts’ draft perspective plans have been held in Kyiv. Today, the future hromadas’ configurations of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts are being discussed in MinRegion with participation of the representatives of the regional state administrations, local self-government and the People’s Deputies.

“This year we have to form eventually the perspective plans for all oblasts in order to use them as a basis for the local elections. During consultations that started late last year and continue today, we want to hear all regional state administrations, we want to see, where we need additional discussions at local level, in order to come to agreed variants of the perspective plans. Approving the final versions of the perspective plans, we at the Government have to be sure that all challenging issues were discussed with participation of the local authorities’, Alyona Babak, Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, appealed to the participants.

According to MinRegion data, the perspective plans for territory arrangement approved by the Government have already covered 90.3% of the country territory.

Під час консультацій по перспективному плану в Царичанському районі Дмитро Чорний сьогодні зробив заяву, що він знає і володіє настроями ОТГ в районі, стосовно даного питання. Така заява є абсолютно безпідставною, так як він не спілкувався по даному питанню з головами громад, а тим більше з виборцями. За час свого депутатства він провів одну зустріч з активом району, яка тривала всього 30-40 хвилин. Обговорювалося тоді питання продажу землі. Під час зустрічі нардеп не дав жодної відповіді на запитання стосовно законопроекту про продаж землі, хоча він голосував "за". Стосовно децентралізації і перспективного плану формування громад з ним жодних обговорень не проводилося. Я ,як голова громади, бачив його всього один раз і не спілкувався з ним жодного разу, навіть по телефону. Тому всі заяви, про його знання настроїв в Царичанському районі стосовно перспективного плану є "фейком" і лобіюванням чиїхось інтересів. Запрошуємо пана Чорного відвідати Могилівську громаду для знайомства і обговорення реформи децентралізації. Вирішувати такі питання без обговорення з мешканцями громад неприпустимо. Громади повинні створюватися на підставі добровільного волевиявлення жителів громад і отримати можливість довести свою спроможність.
