Through cooperation with the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, the city-rayon Administrative Service Cenrte in Gulyaypole city has undergone an institutional modernisation and will now provide 26,000 residents of the hromada and the rayon with 119 administrative services. Residents of 59 settlements of the Gulyaypole Rayon will be able to use the mobile ASC, also launched with the support of the Programme, to receive 118 services.
