Today, the Kropyvnytskyi City Council has made the final decision on accession of the settlement of Nove to the city of Kropyvnytskyi. The deputies supported the accession project which is the first accession to the city of oblast significance in the Kirovohrad Oblast, reports the Kirovohrad Local Government Development Cenrte of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
