Holovynska AH formed in Rivne Oblast
On 7 and 8 August, three village councils of the Kostopil Rayon of the Rivne Oblast, namely the Holovyn, Zvizdivka and Zlazne ones, made final decisions on voluntary amalgamation of territorial hromadas at their sessions.
Thus, the formation of another amalgamated hromada – the Holovynska rural AH – has been completed in the Rivne Oblast.
