In Velyka Buzova, pupils and their shop teacher have founded a social company for woodwork production with the support of Astarta-Kyiv. The Lilac Tree Project is a woodwork shop that manufactures and sells wooden articles. The pupils of the local school re-invest their earnings in new equipment to be able to offer a higher product quality to their customers.

Hennadiy Svitlychnyi notes that students want very quick success, but for good results they need to work hard, “Children are very talented and take prize-winning places from labour training around the oblast. Within the Lilac Tree Project, each does the part of the work that is best for him/her. Someone draws, someone cleans products, someone twists them. And in general, we have a good result".
