Chernyakhiv hosted a public discussion between the hromada heads, rayon leaders and experts of the "I Am Hromada!" information campaign, implemented with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
So far there are 2 hromadas – the Vysokivska and Vilska AHs – in the Chernyakhiv Rayon, yet 17 village councils cannot still agree on AH formation and lose state support they could receive.
The "I Am Hromada!" team presented the benefits and achievements of the decentralisation reform to community leaders, educators, and experts of the rayon councils.

The discussion proved to be surprisingly effective and some community heads present at the event agreed to reconsider establishing of an amalgamated hromada with a centre in Chernyakhiv
