One more hromada – Semydubska AH – formed in Rivne Oblast
The Semuduby and Hirnyky Village Councils of the Dubno Rayon made final decisions on the voluntary amalgamation of territorial communities. The third village council of Sosnivka approved a similar decision on 2 November last year.
Thus, according to Mykhaylo Shelep, decentralisation adviser of the Rivne Local Government Development Centre, the process of forming the Semudubska rural AH has been completed.
