A modernised Administrative Service Centre started to operate in a test mode in the city of Radyvyliv, Rivne Oblast, on 25 May. Due to the support of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, the Centre expanded significantly the list of administrative services for hromada and rayon residents, as well as solved accessibility issues – in addition to the stationary ASC, remote workplaces of ASC administrators have been created for residents of the four hromada settlements.

After modernisation, the Radyvyliv ASC provides nearly 200 types of services, including the most essential in AH: social and pension services, civil status registration, land services, local significance services, business and real estate registration.

The central office of the ASC has nine working places. All employees of the ASC and remote workplaces have passed advanced training, specially developed by the Ukrainian and Swedish experts of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme. The ASC head office was equipped with the support of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. The Radyvylivska hromada renovated the premises and equipped the ASC and remote workplaces in view of needs of people with disabilities. There is also a children's corner in the premises.

It should be mentioned that up to 600 ASCs will be established and modernised in the hromadas of Ukraine by the end of 2020 within the framework of the Roll-Out Phase to improve the quality of administrative service delivery.
