Experts of the EU-funded project “EU for stronger public finance systems of local governments” (LOGICA), which is being implemented in Ukraine with the support of the European Union, prepared a Guide for journalists and the public “How Not to Get Lost in the Local Budget Maze” (DOWNLOAD).

The Guide tells about the budget process, its stages and timing, the content of budget documents, functions of the budget process participants, publicity and transparency of information on local budget, and possibilities for public participation in the budget process.
