Ukrainians are often envious about the achievements of Poland and consider its way of development as a possible pattern to follow. But these results are based on years of hard work and a long-term planning approach. Representatives of the partner AHs of the DESPRO project – employees of local self-government bodies and municipal companies from the Luhansk, Sumy, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk and Ivano-Frankivsk Oblasts – had the opportunity to see the results of this work and to absorb the Polish experience for their own development.
