Cooperation between hromadas is one of the possibilities available for the development of territories that results from the local self-government reform. Amalgamated hromadas more and more often resort to intermunicipal cooperation. The most popular areas of cooperation between hromadas include the processing of solid household waste, financing of out-of-school education, social and administrative services, operation of inclusive resource centres etc.
