In 2020 we have to finalize the amalgamation of hromadas, so that all Ukrainians can feel the benefits of decentralization, says Prime Minister
The amalgamation of hromadas that became possible thanks to the decentralization reform must be finalized within this year, so that 100% of the Ukrainians can feel the benefits of the reform and the new quality of life. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman made this statement during the meeting of the Regional Development Council in Vinnytsya.
