Chernihiv Oblast hromadas where first local elections were cancelled due to martial law address Central Election Commission
Amalgamated hromadas of the Chernihiv Oblast where the first local elections originally scheduled for 23 December 2018 could not take place due to martial law have addressed the head of the Central Election Commission, asking the CEC to do its job and urgently appoint the first local elections of mayors and local council members.
