A new perspective plan for the formation of hromadas in the Vinnytsia Oblast has a number of differences from the one adopted in 2015. In particular, a number of AHs need to be consolidated because of their economic incapability. Besides, the new plan foresees accession of rayon centres to Vinnytsia.

This was discussed during a meeting with the leaders of the Vinnytsia Oblast’s AHs – the “Club of AH Heads”, organised by the Vinnytsia Local Government Development Centre.
