The Shumska hromada amalgamated among the first in the Ternopil Oblast. It has 35 villages and the city of Shumsk. Its population is over 21 thousand people. The AH is the largest in the oblast and one of the most successful in Ukraine. We talk about implementation of the decentraliaation reform with AH head Volodymyr Pletyuk.
