The applications for participation in Round 3 of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme will start to be accepted already in November.

Therefore, more than 150 hromadas and small cities of Ukraine will get a chance to get assistance in the ASC establishment.

In total, more than 3 million residents of hromadas will have access to quality administrative services based on the results of Rounds 1 and 2 of the Roll-Out Phase.
