The Association of Ukrainian Cities has released a collection of hromadas’ achievements in the third quarter of 2018. The publication was created under the PULSE project, implemented by the AUC with the support of USAID.
This edition of the Success Book includes over 80 stories showing the impact of decentralisation on hromada life (DOWNLOAD).
Having received new powers due to reforms, local self-government bodies got the ability to direct increased budgets to improve comfort level and living standards in hromadas.
There are changes for the better practically in all areas – from education and healthcare to housing and communal services.
