Educational institutions of Rivne Oblast’s hromadas become more transparent

Departments of education, culture, youth and sports of the Klesivska and Smyzka AHs, Mashcha lyceum of the Malolyubashanska amalgamated hromada along with the education and science department of the Rivne AH and Rivne Oblast Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, have become the first institutions in the oblast to start using Paywatch application, that helps to control expenses of budget institutions.

This software, developed by the Centre of Political Studies and Analysts “Eidos”, helps to place visualisation of expenses on any website. The module enables to filter data by ten largest funds’ recipients, date, payment purpose, recipients and transaction sum, as well as to export selected information in Excel file.
