Hromadas only learn to work in the capital market in order to attract business and investment into their territories. Therefore, it is important for them to understand the rule of "three P", where "Policy", "Product" and "Promotion" should become the components of all efforts.
"The topic of support, business development, and investment in AH is very important for hromadas, because they are only learning to create conditions for this. Therefore, we are talking about the rule of "three P", which is Politics, Product and Promotion. Under the Policy notion we understand the conditions that local authorities create at the AH level in order to attract business, including preferential tax rates, registration of land plots under better terms, convenient conditions for doing business, and ASC one-stop shop operation. To do this, it is necessary to invest some money in order to later receive additional revenues to local budgets. When there are Policy and Product, then Promotion should take place, that is, the ability to declare about it,” noted Nataliya Kobylchak, chairman of the Board of the NGO “Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Centre”.
