As reported by the Association of Ukrainian Cities, the first in the oblast accession to the city of oblast significance of Hadyach took place in the Poltava Oblast.
On 19 September, the Hadyach City Council made a unanimous decision on the voluntary accession of the Bilenchenkivka rural hromada to the hromada of the city of Hadyach.
