PJSC National Public TV and Radio Company of Ukraine “Ltava" continues the production and broadcast of a series of television programmes from the “Own Land” cycle. Another video story is devoted to telemedicine, its work and impact in hromadas of the Poltava Oblast.
At the beginning of this month, the Poltava Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, together with the specialised OSA Department, held a seminar for the representatives of AHs on “Modern telemedicine technologies in the framework of the strategy of healthcare development in rural areas under the conditions of reforms”. Part of the video number 7 of the “Own Land” cycle was made at the training.
“The Poltava Oblast has become one of the pioneers of telemedicine service introduction. This brings the quality of healthcare services much closer to the ordinary villager. It remains only to ensure the Internet cover in all the settlements of the oblast. It has already been done in the Hadyach Rayon,” says Iryna Balybina, director of the Poltava LGDC.
The “Own Land” project was created at the initiative of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services. Financial support is provided by the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
