How are doctors attracted to work in villages?

The Dashivska amalgamated hromada in the Vinnytsia Oblast came up with a way to interest doctors-narrow specialists to work in a local hospital, separated from the rayon one after amalgamation.

They are offered not only a triple salary at employment, but also monthly doubled one. They are also provided with housing.
