The Vyzhnytska AH was one of the first in the Chernivtsi Oblast to form the Department of Urban Development, Architecture and Capital Construction, and the Department of Land Resources and Environmental Protection. The hromada understands that high-quality planning helps to achieve results more easily and quickly, reports Roman Romanko, spatial planning and resource management adviser of the Chernivtsi Local Government Development Centre.

Due to the fact that the village of Chernohuzy, which is part of the AH, has a new General plan, it was possible to realise the idea of a solar power plant creation. The hromada has already transferred a land plot for the construction of energy generating facilities.

Besides, the AH envisages land plots for ATO veterans.
