A regular informational session on participation of AHs in the 2nd round of hromadas’ selection for the ASC establishment was held with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme. The event was organised by the Vinnytsia Local Government Development Centre. The representatives of hromadas of the Vinnytsia Oblast, who have already been participating in the Programme and have some achievements in developing the administrative service system on their territories, were invited to the training session.
“600 participants will be selected by the Programme by 2020, there are 4 rounds, today we are at the second stage. Apart from the participants of the 1st round, the second round will involve new AHs of the Vinnytsia Oblasr – the Voronovytska and Barska AHs, that carry out the modernisation of the administrative services. In total, 246 settlements from 22 AHs took part in the process of 1st round of the Programme, and received assistance in design, installation and purchase of furniture, computer hardware and software, as well as special services for the establishment of mobile ASCs and electronic queues,” explained Petro Makarenko, regional coordinator of the Programme.
